By accessing or using ThinkCAT ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
ThinkCAT provides an online academic preparation environment for candidates preparing for the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) Common Admission Test (CAT). Services include indexed previous year questions (VARC, DILR, Quantitative Aptitude), solution explanations, simulated mock exams, percentile estimations, and personal performance analytics.
3. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
All software, user interface design, custom explanations, algorithm metrics, and platform branding are the property of ThinkCAT. Past year question papers and official answer keys are indexed for academic practice and fair learning purposes under Indian copyright fair use guidelines.
4. User Account & Conduct
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google OAuth session.
- You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrapers, or automated bot scripts against our API endpoints.
- Accounts violating platform integrity or abusing automated query tools may be restricted without prior notice.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
While ThinkCAT strives to maintain 100% accuracy matching official convenor answer keys, all materials and percentile estimates are provided on an "as-is" basis for educational practice. Percentile predictions are estimations based on historical score normalization curves.
6. Modifications to Service
ThinkCAT reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the platform at any time to improve overall system performance and user experience.
